• Maritza hopes that everyone can help support the Mini Flea market that is happening tomorrow. Interns can either volunteer or just show up to support the event, there will be free ice cream as well. A reminder for the officers, if there are any expenses that were made, make sure to fill in the forms and follow the directions on how it will be reimbursed.

Title: Homecoming Planning Update

• We took a vote to decide on the date for the Homecoming. 25 people voted for Saturday, Nov 7th. 
• Ridhi explained about the layout of the location for Homecoming. 
• Ridhi said that the main focus for Hoco is going to be for food, photobooth (design the backdrop for the photobooth), caricature artist, DJ, table decors, and giveaways.
