    • Proposal to add a new business item to include the Program Liaison proposal after Business item 1; suggestion to discuss possibility after the presentation.

    • Motion to add the Public Policy Liaisons rubric to the 5/21 agenda, Joshua seconded the motion.

    Campus Wide Climate Survey

    • Mallory presented the item. 
    • Survey will be distributed to all students on campus to give more information on how to incorporate feedback into the strategic planning process for De Anza College. The survey may be long -- students who participate will be included in a raffle. 
    • Survey Dates include May 27, 2025 - June 10, 2025 | Will go out to all students, faculty and district employees.
