- 8x8 Versa Grip outdoor wall mural material is about $550 per display

- Need to determine who can perform the work, and solicit quotes as needed
- Which pieces should be cleaned first?
- May want patina on the turtle, and clean up the pedestal
- Time Graffiti – lights need to have facilities check
- VPAC benches need maintenance
- A4 sculpture has rust
- Sculpture by parking structure needs cleaning or color
- Trinome will need to be moved when new construction starts-south of MLC?
- Move Moto’s kinetic sculpture
- Fountain in Admin building has its mold cleaned by janitorial
- Anything over $20K would need to have Purchasing do the quote

- Process: we are an advisory group. We need to decide who we are reporting to. We can draft similar language to that at deanza.edu/gov/ to delineate who we report to and so forth.
