Program Review
Avila updated the committee on the status of the current Program Review software. TracDat is being replaced by new software and the last day to retrieve information from the system will be March 30, 2020. It is suggested that everyone back up any data or run reports just in case any data is lost in the transfer. After the new software has been implemented, Avila offered to host workshops to assist users on its use.
Program and Committee Updates
- LeBleu-Burns reported that an unofficial committee has been formed to assist with
the implementation of the new software that will be replacing our current reporting

staff on campus to report incidents and the current timeline has the new software
available by the spring quarter.
- LeBleu-Burns also wanted to mention that Health Services has information posted on
their website regarding concerns over the Coronovirus and the information can be reviewed
