    Welcome

    James welcomed everyone to the first Winter 2025 COOL meeting.

    New Members

    The new COOL members were introduced to the group. We welcomed Diana, Mohammed, and Shri to the committee!

    RSI Training Update

    James reviewed where the RSI training for winter stands and what the timeline for it getting started is. The Peer Cohort Course is being updated after feedback from the Fall cohorts. 

    Hybrid Curriculum Form Guide

    Gaby shared that the curriculum team appreciated our updates to the online form and can post them immediately. We applied similar updates to the Hybrid form. The updates were passed unanimously and the form was forwarded to curriculum. 

    AI Policy

    Academic Senate has charged COOL with working on AI policy language. The co-chair asked for volunteers to lead this work and Amy, Diana, and Mohammed volunteered to be co-leads. Their names were forwarded to the Acaddemic Senate President.
