New Students (First Two Quarters)

If you're in your first or second quarter at De Anza, start by seeing a counselor in the Office of Outreach – unless you're an F-1 visa student.

Continuing or Returning Students

If you've completed at least two quarters, and you're not in a program or Learning Community with its own counselors, the General Counseling Center can assist you with planning and achieving your academic, career, transfer and personal goals.

Returning students: You must re-apply for admission if you didn't take classes last quarter. You don't need to do this if you only skipped summer session.
