Law and Social Change
Course Description
The course will examine the exploration of the use of law as an instrument for social change within our society. The examination will enhance the analysis of the relationship between laws and social change in varied cross-cultural settings. The analysis of legislation, case law, the process of conflict resolution, and legal institutions will evaluate how these components relate to and influence the enactment of laws and social change.
