Quick Notes for the Week of Oct. 9
Spotlight
Raza Heritage Month
It’s La Raza Heritage Month – which runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15. In celebration, there are a variety of events for students, faculty and staff to attend as part of the Raza Heritage Month Planning Committee’s "This Is for La Raza!" programming.
The series – which includes a karaoke event, Indigenous People’s Day Panel and more – is co-sponsored by the De Anza Latinx Association, Sociology Department, Rising Scholars, Men of Color, Euphrat Museum of Art, and the Multicultural Center, Office of Equity, and DASG. You can find a full list of events on the college events-by-month calendar. Please RSVP in advance and contact Adriana Garcia at garciaadriana@deanza.edu for more information or special accommodations.

The Academic Catalog for the 2023-24 year is available online. Read the catalog to learn more about different programs and services, course listings and degree and certificate overviews. You can view the Catalog at deanza.edu/catalog.
Cybersecurity Awareness Month
