COVID Vax Required –
Get Your Shot on Campus Next Week
Dear Student,
Our records show that you are registered for one or more classes that will meet on campus this fall. In order to attend classes on campus, you must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and upload proof of vaccination to our secure health records site.
If you have already uploaded your vaccination record, thank you! Most of our on-campus students have already done this. If you haven’t uploaded your vaccine document yet, you must do this as soon as possible.
You must submit proof of your final vaccination no later than Oct. 1, or you will be dropped from any on-campus classes in which you are registered.
You can find information about where to get free COVID vaccinations – including an opportunity to obtain the one-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccine on campus this Monday and Tuesday, Sept. 13 and 14 – by visiting deanza.edu/healthservices/covid-19.
As a reminder: Everyone must wear a mask while indoors on campus. We also recommend masks for outdoor gatherings. See all the requirements for returning to campus – and detailed instructions for uploading proof of vaccination – at deanza.edu/return-to-campus/fall-2021.
