Important Graduation Reminders
Are You Ready for Graduation?
Dear Student,
We’re looking forward to the collegewide commencement on Saturday, June 29. If you’re planning to graduate this year, here are some important reminders about how you can join the celebration!
Tomorrow – Friday, June 14 – is the last day to order order caps and gowns online, to be sure the items will be delivered in time for graduation. After tomorrow, you
can still shop in person at the campus Bookstore in the RSS Building, although some
items or sizes may sell out early.- This Monday, June 17, is the last day to file for your degree if you want to have your name listed in the printed souvenir program. These will be available at graduation as free souvenirs for you or your family.
De Anza's 57th annual commencement ceremony will begin at 3 p.m. in the Santa Clara Convention Center, 5001 Great America Parkway, Santa Clara. (There is no deadline to participate in the ceremony, but you must apply for your degree by June 28 in order to have it awarded for spring quarter.)

Special Grad Slideshow
All graduating students are invited to submit a message and photo for the optional Graduation Slideshow – no later than Monday, June 24.
We’ll publish the slideshow online before graduation, for everyone to enjoy.
Digital Congrats Cards
Everyone is welcome to submit digital Congrats Cards for your favorite grads – or the entire Class of 2024.
You can view these online now at deanza.edu/graduation/2024-congrats.
Disability Accommodations
- Sign language interpreters will be present at the commencement celebration on June 29.

Commencement Livestream
In case you have family members or friends who can’t attend in person, the event will be livestreamed with captions, beginning at 3 p.m. at deanza.edu/graduation.
