The notes of January 21, 2020 were approved.
Viability Recommendation for Music - No need to keep Music on Viability at this time and recommend IPBT to support removing Music from Viability process and continue with the regular Program Review. The Music department presented to Viability Committee on January 28, 2020.
IPBT supported the Viability committee recommendation and voted to remove Music from Viability.
Viability Recommendation for Paralegal department - The Paralegal department presented to Viability Committee on February 4, 2020.
An additional review needed in Fall 2021 based on the initial Viability recommendation in Spring 2019 and Winter 2020 follow up.
IPBT approved and voted to support Viability recommendation for additional review for Paralegal program. Moaty Fayek will notify the department.
CTE Allocation of Funds - Randy Bryant gave an overview of the CTE budget spending.
The recent SWP budget allocation includes 44% for materials and equipment and 41% for Salary for tutors, additional pay and non-instructional. The other 15% of the budget is also allocated within the CTE programs to improve equity. The approximate breakdown for SWP year 4 (2019-2020)
