DASB Finance discussed how the committee will be affected because of campus closure and how it will proceed going forward.
Resource Allocation Preparation:
Before IPBT begins resource allocation, the information needs to be collected from the divisions/departments concerning requests on their program review documents. As in the past, deans and department chairs come to IPBT meetings to present, share and give an overview and answer the questions. In order to have a larger discussion, the teams have to have questions ready. The groups were reading Program Reviews and coming up with questions they may have for division/department and share their questions with Mary Pape by the end of the week.
