    Agenda Review: Mallory Reviews our agenda. 

    Program Review: There is a RAPP folder in Office 365. There is a comprehensive program review and feedback. 5 groups and each group will have its own folder. Instructional Program Review, Academic Services Program Review and Collegewide Services Program Review. All the forms are a little bit different to respond to feedback re: tailoring the criteria to that area in a way that makes sense. The forms meet the needs of the area. Because each has a separate form, each has a feedback form. It’s very similar to what we did for Student Services. Mallory shows form on screen. They are all public on the RAPP page. Goes over parts of form. 

    We have areas of Mission, Program Goals, Reflection on Enrollment trends and if it is CTE, it has an additional area. Mallory reviews remaining areas that are outlined. It’s like a rubric. We are looking for discussion and that it's clearly articulated. Each area has prompts. Mallory reminds the group to be collegial; Write something positive and then follow by constructive feedback. In previous forms, there wasn't always something positive given. Let's try to find something that we can commend. Mallory gives an example. 

    This feedback is used when we go to the annual Program Review later - one question is how have you incorporated the feedback from RAPP? So we look at these forms later to reflect. Mallory shows Instructional Form, Academic Services Form, and then Collegewide Services Form. You have these forms and they're in everyone's folder. Before you start typing them, change the name to the area to label it. 

    Now let's look at assignments. 5 Groups with reps from each constituency group. All Program Reviews are on the RAPP website but there is a link here. For Instructional Programs, you’ll use the assigned form, if it’s Academic Services, you’ll use that form and there are 2 Collegewide Services Forms. Try to make it clear what you’re reviewing. Every program has 15 programs to review. We are going to be working on these next 3 meetings. Monitor your time and plan how you’ll divide it up. You’ll do 15 in 3 meetings - you may need to meet on the side. If you find that there are questions you want to bring back to RAPP as a whole, there is a question area on that same excel sheet. If you need more info, please write it there and we’ll determine who it needs to go to for clarification. 

    Mallory provides a brief summary of the folders and the process again, and where all files and folders are located. And reminds people there are 3 meetings scheduled for this process. Creates 5 groups and open up 5 rooms in Zoom to begin discussions.
