Full Basic Needs PresentationReflection follow-up
This agenda item was to check-in on everyone’s progress of the Program Reflection and to see if anyone had any questions, concerns, or comments they wanted to share.
- LeBleu-Burns mentioned that there were some questions regarding the timeframe since the reflection refers to the 2019-20 year but there are some questions regarding the pandemic that mostly falls within the 2020-21 year. She suggested to her team that they address the challenges, the impacts, and what has changed.
Mieso commented that this question tends to come up often regarding program reviews but this year is unique and what LeBleu-Burns described was a good way to reconcile the impact the pandemic has had or as Booye mentioned “the creation of new normal.”
- Mieso said that once the SLO Convocation has concluded, maybe the different areas
can share an overview of their reflection for feedback and discussion in future meetings.
Return to Campus
The newly created phases for return- to-campus were reviewed and the topic was opened up for questions. Currently we are moving into Phase II and most of Student Services will not be back on campus until Phase V.
- Time frames have not been assigned to the phases since the situation is fluid and changes often
- Updates regarding return-to-campus can be found on the Chancellor’s Office webpage:
