Approval of Notes – May 26, 2020 were approved with typing corrections.
DASB Report - The DASB Legislative Affairs committee presented the Student Stipend Resolution to the Senate. Finance approved the essay prompts and introductory paragraph for the Silvia Chalista Memorial DASB Scholarship. The dollar amount and eligibilities will be discussed next year. - Lorrie is working on Resource allocation book and will share with the team soon
- Perkins fund: Randy is working on allocation of Perkins dollars $146,000 must be allocated before June 30th or the monies will be gone
- Reduction Planning: Lorrie is working with Christina and their ideas will be presented to IPBT
- Extended hours might need to be added to the meetings
